Today’s tip of the day was special for the holiday season: go to a local tree farm to cut down your own Christmas tree. Although the season for this has passed, there are other activities that you can do with family and friends. This takes a bit more planning but adding social activities that are active help bring more movement into your life. Some other ideas may be to check out your local farms for events (apple picking, strawberry picking, corn maze, etc.), local museums for events, Town webpage for community events, or even your local snapd calendar. Whats great about getting out and about, is the focus is not on moving (or pain and discomfort), but having fun with friends and family.
