Risk Assessment

• You will be emailed a survey 6 hours before your appointment. This is for covid and other infections.

Clinic Guidelines and Procedures

• All appointments are staggered to minimize personal interaction and to ensure time for hygiene and disinfecting practices.

   

• Clinical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Dr. Judith will be wearing an N95 mask.

   

• Sanitizing Procedures Between Patients:
  • Hand hygiene
  • Health Canada approved disinfectant will be used on all areas, tools, and surfaces. This includes the treatment table, equipment, door handles, etc.
  • Hand hygiene repeated

• Two high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters located in the clinic.
   

Patient Guidelines and Procedures

• Patients are encouraged to arrive at their appointment time (instead of early).

   

• Patients are encouraged to pay via credit card, debit card, etransfer, or through online Jane Payments. We will accept cash, but other forms of payment are preferred.
• Email receipts will be prioritized over paper.
