Professional Care

Judith McCann has been living in York Region for over 25 years. After going to Queen’s University in Kingston for Kinesiology, and Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto to become a chiropractor, she decided to move back to the area and open her own practice, Haptic Health and Chiropractic. In 2025, ten years later, Dr. Judith made the decision to close Haptic Health and Chiropractic and work as an independent contractor at two Newmarket clinics: PinPoint Health and Massage Addict.

In the community, Dr. Judith has had the opportunity to be a part of the Wellness 360 Team at Southlake Regional Health Centre, a member of  York Harmony Chorus, and a member of the Newmarket Board Gamers Group. For physical activity, she enjoys spending time outdoors (walks, hikes) and working out (cross fit, youtube workouts)

Her experiences are further reaching than one would expect: she was born in South Africa and came to Canada at 10 years old; she has overcome two different and unrelated cancers (Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at 17 and breast cancer at 32); she has an adorable daughter and playful dog – both sort of in the picture 🙂
